Historic Research

In addition to the research David does for his own screenwriting, he also performs this service for filmmakers, screenwriters, historians, and museums.

In the Spring of 2014 David consulted with Lou Reda Productions on the creation of 3rd of their WWII in HD series entitled The Final Offenses. 

In 2012, he  provided Tino Struckmann, CEO of  Almighty Dog Productions, with historic material for two feature film  productions. Specifically, David conducted research on General Norman Cota immediately before, during, and after the D-Day invasion, as well as research on German execution squads operating behind the Eastern Front in 1944-45.

Also in 2012, for the Wings Over the Rockies Air and Space Museum, David completed research on the post-World War II occupation of Japan and on the German POW Camp Stalag Luft 1.
